Christine Kua

Christine was formerly the General Manager of Human Resource of an established bank in Singapore, and concurrently the Principal of its Training Centre. She is a HR professional with in-depth experience in the gamut of HR function in diverse industries, namely Financial Institution, HR Consultancy, Health Care, Food & Beverage. She has more than 20 years of banking industries experience in Hong Kong and Singapore.


Christine has extensive practical experience in human resource strategy planning, workforce & organizational restructuring, conflict and transition management, cross-cultural management, international talent mobility & compliance management, staff learning and development management, etc. She provided development and implementation of HR solutions for Business engineering.


After graduating from university in Canada, Christine had career exposure in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Her role involved strategic policy development and deployment to drive diverse human resource projects, such as Organizational Restructuring and Mergers, HR Crisis Management, Human Capital and Salary Structure review, Learning and development program for Senior Management, etc. Christine is currently engaged in management consultancy. She also assists Institutes in holding career counseling seminars for students. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
